Ordered the chow mein, it was nice, portion was ok, at least more than what i got and chang lung still on the lookout for better chow mein tho.
Nice ambience. Friendly staff. The passion fruit cheese cake was astounding. Bella ., the waitress was very friendly.

I've been coming to Chi's for around 20 years and never written a review, so here is my experience.
In those 20 years I've had probably less than 3 issues. Orders are always correct, change is always correct and food is generously portioned.
I've eaten from both the Chinese side and fish and chips several dozen times in those 20 years and never had an issue. Some of the comments about the Chinese portions being "2/3 full" is an absolute lie, they're packed to the brim every time. Tonight I placed a large order and the fish that were left were fairly small, so without asking the lady gave me 2 for 1 to make up for it. They do care about their customers as most are regulars. Prices are good (I've had fish 3 times the cost which have been poor in restaurants). Chis have been criticized for the Chinese giving tummy problems etc but that's never been the case with me. I've had Chinese's around town which have given me poisoning but Chis is always my safest go to Chinese.
Probably my one criticism is that in 2023 they should be accepting card payments, however there is a cash machine and co op 10 feet away.
Bumping the ratings up because they're underrated and overly critizised by overly critical people.
